Returns Accepted Within 30 Days
If your order didn’t quite work out, no problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item. To qualify for a return:

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lueve cannot be held responsible for return shipments lost during transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Restocking Fees
We don’t believe in restocking fees. You’ll never be charged one.
Refunds: Straightforward and Hassle-Free
Once your returned item reaches us, we’ll inspect it within a few business days. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. You’ll be notified as soon as it’s complete.
Please keep in mind:

Exchanges Made Simple
Need a different size? Changed your mind? We offer easy exchanges, whether the item is defective or not.

Exchange Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping in both defective and non-defective cases.
