By placing an order with Lueve, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Transit, Handling & Cut-Off Time
Handling Time

All orders placed with Lueve are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

  • Processing Days: Monday to Friday

  • Exclusions: Weekends and public holidays

Orders are not processed on non-business days. During high-demand periods, handling times may be slightly extended.

Transit Time

Once an order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 business days.

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

  • Transit time begins after the package has been handed over to the courier partner.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, logistical issues, or peak seasons.

Total Delivery Time

The total expected delivery timeframe is 5 to 7 business days, which includes both handling and transit time. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM EST.

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

2. Time Zone

All order processing times, shipping estimates, cut-off times, and customer support hours are calculated according to Eastern Standard Time (EST).

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before order confirmation.

4. Shipping Method

Lueve uses trusted and reliable domestic courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Standard shipping is applied unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • The shipping carrier may vary depending on the destination and order requirements.

  • Carrier selection is at Lueve’s discretion.

5. Domestic Shipping Only

Lueve currently offers shipping within the United States only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders placed with non-U.S. shipping addresses will not be processed and may be cancelled.

6. Order Adjustments

Requests to modify an order must be submitted before the order enters processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped:

  • Changes cannot be guaranteed

  • Modifications may not be possible

Lueve is not responsible for unsuccessful modification requests submitted after processing has begun.

7. Changing the Shipping Address

Customers may request a shipping address change before order processing begins.

Please note:

  • Address changes cannot be made after dispatch

  • Lueve is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Customers are encouraged to double-check shipping details at checkout.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A tracking number will be sent via email

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking link.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect shipping information:

  • Lueve is not responsible for refunds or replacements

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

10. Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted only before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped:

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • Customers should refer to the Return & Refund Policy for further options

11. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Each case will be reviewed individually, and appropriate action will be taken based on the circumstances.

12. Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied where required by law and is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address provided by the customer.
